COOP experience FSW

I did a 3 month coop and I will be starting a 1 year contract when I get my 1 year PGWP. If I happen to fall short of 12 full months of employment for my job (I wont be able to start the day I get my PGWP) can my time during my coop be counted if its a job of the same NOC and specifications?

For FSW, you need one year of CONTINUOUS full-time skilled work experience to be eligible. So there can be no breaks between your co-op and contract.
