My spouse got nominated by Manitoba and work under Noc C. She was unmarried at the time she got nomination. So i was not dependent on her nomination letter. Would i be eligible to apply for open work permit if she work under Noc c. Can anybody respond please. Very urgent. Thanks

Is she PR? Has she added you to her application?

No she is not PR but we want to know if she can include me in PR application . Or can i apply seprate sowp with her nomination with noc c level job

She must include you on her PR application. If she doesn’t then she can never sponsor you.

Are you outside Canada?

For you to be eligible for a SOWP without PR, then no you are not eligible. She would need a NOC A, B or 0 job. You will have to wait for her to get PR.

But i heard that if she is pnp nominated even with noc c job i am eligible for sowp , as she is nominated by mpnp.
