My husband is a PR holder and I’m living in UAE and we are applying for spousal sponsorship. Can I apply for OWP from uae ? Or do I need to be in India for it ? I have heard the Abu Dhabi VO is very strict with study permits and visitor visas ..

OWP is only available for inland application. (both sponsor and PA are living together in Canada)

Also if your husband is a PR holder, he needs to live in Canada in order to sponsor you.
