"Need" seems to be a bit overboard I think. The PGWP is a privilege, not a right. When we applied for the PGWP, we agreed to leave when that status expires so

My PGWP expires on 1st February 2023. But my visitor visa on my passport is valid until May 2023. Do you know when I should leave the country?

Mine is expiring jan 27, 2023 but i will apply for Visitors visa this november coz my Lmia is under process
