i got for my refusal can any one help me I believe had bad sop and applied from UAE not from my home country as i am on visit visa these were the reason for refusal
. do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

Please can anyone help me with sop drafting and what should i do to make my application approved.
I have studied in usa but didn’t complete my bachelor and had to come back to my home country to take care of my mother and now i thought to apply for canada as it was cheaper and safe country did not mention this in my sop.
should i apply from my home country ?
what should be my next step

First, order GCMS notes to find out reasons for refusal. Your reasons are generic and can mean many things. Safe and cheaper country is not a valid reason. You need to build on educaiton and show career advancement in home country to justify costs. What is the program/university? How old are your? What is your current job and education? Assume you mentioned US studies because IRCC will be concerned you can’t complete a program.

The only problem i want to be there in January for January intake but I searched online gcms notes take 30 to 45 days and dont have enough time i already took semester off from my last university and want to go start my program and finish within 2 years. Should i go ahead apply for second attempt for visa

I will be completely changing my sop my first sop wasnt good enough if you can send me your email you can have look how unprofessional it was.

When did you leave the US college or university? Dod you take approved leave yo care for your mother? The question will be why aren’t you returning to complete your degree at that school? Were you successful in your classes? Why are you visiting another country longterm? If you are not in your home country? Being a longterm visitor in another country will make it quite difficult to prove that you will return home after your studies.

I came back this year in January yes i took approved leave. I just visited dubai for visit and going back, not here for long term visit.

If you took approved leave then why are you not returning to the US to finish your studies? Beginning a new program makes no sense.
