I have a question regarding express entry application. I recently completed my studies and started working on implied status and waiting to get my PGWP. My spouse completed his one year of work experience and wants to make his express entry profile. The application has a question about my work history with the following conditions:
Working legally in Canada during this time?
A person must have:
• been working on a valid work permit or exempt from needing one,
• had legal status the whole time they were in Canada, and
• not stayed longer than the approved time period.
Should we choose yes to this question or avoid sharing my work experience at this time because I am on implied status and won’t have PGWP for the next months.
Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.
