background check is a long process, biometrics are just a part of it. I said this on my personal experience. I am December 2020 AOR (SINP-EE) case, first medical done on 22 December 2020 and medical expired in 22 December 2021. I got my notes from IRCC in August 2021 and nothing has been passed. I got ADR in May 2022 only for Re-medical. My remedical done on 29 May 2022 and Passed on 21 June 2022 and got PPR on 24 June 2022. It mean they demanded my remedical after completion of everything.

I submitted my biometrics on June 21st 2022, haven't received medical request yet. Should I be worried? I'm an outland paper based applicant. Aor 19th Feb 2022

I passed medical on 24th of August but nothing after that.. what I should be expecting now?

Hold on. You will get your request but it takes time. It took 8 months for me approximately but I think the processing time is faster now.
