Thanks for your reply. My correspondence address is US address in the system. Would they send it to US? Since I am not in Canada, I am not able to contact CIC through phone. Through webform, it take months to get reply.

I don't remember for sure, you can check on the forum if they mail the certificate outside.

Your test window is bit interesting.. usually it is within a week (or so) from the invite date. Maybe it is a location thing...

Can you cross check your test window again in the email you received. The dates seems off to me. Usually is within a day or maximum a week to start.

If they don't send the certificate to the US, can you provide a friend's address in Canada? You can also use "Fongo" app to call to Canada. It is not that expensive. As far as I remember, the IRCC has an 1-800 number and it should be free to call from the US.

You will have to give it 24 hours after getting your AOR sometimes. Try again tomorrow.
