My NOC is food service supervisor 6311. I work fulltime as 40/wk. So for express entry is there any wage requirement for my NOC?

Yes ,for CEC ,they do compare with the avg wage rate per hour from job bank for a particular province for your NOC.
If yours is above that ,you are good to go.
