Spousal Visitor Visa or Immigration

I am looking to apply for immigration my wife, i am confused if i should apply for Visitor Visa first or file an immigration.


Visitor Visa:
-She is not employed, so how shall i show her strong ties to Pakistan

Please suggest which option will be better.. i was thinking to apply visitor visa before or after filing an immigration.

You might as well try for the TRV first. It's possible she may get lucky and be approved. Generally ties to your home country are things like employment, proof of school enrollement (i.e. universtiy), property ownership, assets. If she has previously traveled to other countries requiring visas such as the US and UK, that will work in her favour as well. If she can't show any of this, then her chances of approval will certainly be lower but I think it's always worth a try.

If processing times for the TRV are long, you may want to consider submitting the spousal sponsorship application very soon after the TRV (or at the same time).

I am only worried about not having strong ties to the country, as no School Enrollment, Property Ownership or assets, not even traveled to other country..
but i think i should give it a try, i am thinking to submit both applications together..

There's no harm in trying.

I do think it makes sense to submit both around the same time. You don't want to hold off on the sponsorship application since there's a decent chance the TRV may be refused.

Sounds like you have a good plan in place. Good luck with the TRV.
