Bring newBorn child to Canada

Hi,

Me and my wife are on a workpermit and I am working in Canada and came to India this month as we are about to have a child in India. Our PR application is in progress and going by the score, hopefully, we should get an invitation by this year-end.
Can we travel with our newborn to Canada? What documents are required? I will be applying for my child's passport soon after the birth.
Is a visa required? If yes, How can we add our newborn child for Visa?

You need to apply for a TRV for the child after the child is born.

It sounds like you are in the Express Entry pool but your application is not in progress. Your application won't be in progress until after you receive ITA and submit your complete application. You will include your child in the application once you are selected.
