Request letter - to renew my passport

Hello Everyone,
I got a request letter to renew my passport before 1st of August, because it’s about to expire, I did that and was able to submit before the deadline. Does anyone know if my application is about to be approved is that why I was asked to renew, am I about to get the ppr? because it’s September now and still crickets. AOR was dec 2021

How you gotten your PPR now? My sister is in the same boat. Submitted passport since July 15th and nothing till date.
