Does remote work for a Canadian based company from outside Canada count as Canadian work experience?

I live in Bangladesh (currently) and I work full-time for a Canadian software company, but I work from Bangladesh as it is a remote job. When I apply for the Express Entry Program, will this experience be counted as work experience in Canada?

No. To count Canadian experience you need to be IN Canada.

I need another help. My NOC is software engineer, and I have 6 months experience as a Full-time software developer. However, I also have part-time experience as a teacher in the school for two years. Will that also add to my job experience?

Yes as long as you have employment letters verifying experience.

In the LMIA process, the job offer has to be the average or more of a software engineer in the region of their office too. So I assume that they would have to pay you more.
