Higher score than cut-off score but still haven't received my ITA

Hi all, my EE score (FSW) is 520, higher than 516 - the latest cut-off score but so far I haven't received any ITA/ email. I feel extremely worried and tried to submit enquiry via IRCC Webform; however, it kept saying error and did not let my inquiry through. For the type of application, I chose Permanent Residence (applied online)/ Technical difficulties but it kept saying there was an error with that field. Anyone knows the IRCC hotline so that I can call? Thank you so much!

Wait up to 48 hours for ITA. It sometimes takes a few days.

It's funny, I can't seem to see the figures if I use Safari, but when I use Chrome I see it. Something's up with Safari probably.
