express entry CSR score is 0, with province nominal certificate

Hello,
2022, on august 30th, IRCC cancelled my application because the material is incomplete, so they want me to create a new express entry profile to submit the application. However, the overall score is 0 for the new profile compared to the previous score of 990. I also have a province nominal certificate. I already contacted the IRCC customer representative, they have no idea, just told me that there may be some technical issue. Right now I cannot continue my application.
All the documents I provide are still valid.

Just check the questionnaire for the profile. There's a possibility that your info is making you ineligible to EE due to lack of minimum score of 67 points

So your Masters is a Canadian one or you have ECA. You have one year continuous work experience. How may years of experience? You must be answering a question wrong. You have a job offer or LMIA…if not answer no.

Master degree in Canada, I got job offer in Canada and work in that company for almost one year (NOC level : B). I also got 2 year work experience in my home country.

CRS calculation is not the EE eligibility. Clearly, something is making your profile less than 67 points for EE eligibility.
