I'm just new to all this and I'm just looking for a way to leave this country for a better life somewhere else to at least further my education, so I have no clue to it.
So if you want to study in Canada, get accepted to a college or university and apply for a study permit. You need to show funds, career/education advancement and ties to home country. If you want to immigrate, look into Express Entry.

What if I don't match up to the requirements? And sorry to ask, how can I find a school that will offer me a study permit.

A school cannot offer you a study permit. They can accept your admittion and you need to apply for study permit with the given information and with the proof of the requirements with IRCC. So you need to be accepted by the school and an approved study permit by immigration.

Read up on the international students section in this forum. BTW being an international student in Canada is not a guaranteed way to immigrate. Actually as part of the study permit application, you need to proof that you plan to return to your home country after you completed your education in Canada.

Is there a reason? Are you licensed as a caregiver? What type of license?

This or this may help; however, just wondering, if you are already PR in U.S., why give that up to start over?

A person can be a U.S. Green Card holder and a PR of Canada simultaneously...although it's much harder to meet the Residency Obligation to maintain the GC.

Yes, certainly possible. But the US side is nowhere near as liberal with residency as Canada so it would be difficult and time consuming to maintain them both, even if living and working close to the border. I was just interested in whether there was a reason given the amount of work involved.
