Does anyone know why this stream has been paused for more than half a year.. Lonnnnng silence since Feb 2022

Sigh.. no matter what draws, HCP has been paused for such a long time.. especially upset today after Master and PHD draws

I've sent an email to OINP asking about HCP streams, but I'm pretty sure they will give me a generic response like "we try to balance streams to ensure that the program is meeting the needs of employers"
