How did you know that ?

Cos I got my PRRA denied and my GCMS notes mentioned that I sent for reconsideration but no mention of the status. So I moved on and applied for fresh H&C

Can i try to send reconsideration and new application at the same time ?

If your agent agrees to reconsider, your status will change to in process. At that point you can no longer send new application because you cannot have two outstanding applications at the same time. You will have to wait for reconsideration decision made and file closure before re-applying.

Did you receive the reasons for refusal quickly ?

They replied within 24 hours with the refusal and they can delay someone's life waiting for them to open an H&C.

My AIP was August 2021 and we got the portal email yesterday to confirm our address and upload photos for PR
