Did anyone of you receive any Ghost Updates just before getting the PPR? If yes, how long did it take after the GU?

Thank you.

Alhamdulillah... I just received the 'Information Letter' in my IRCC account giving instructions to submit passport to VAC and all. However the letter is addressed to me (Primary applicant) and does not mention names of my spouse and dependent child. Is this letter sufficient as PPR for all 3 of us?I just received the 'Information Letter' in my IRCC account giving instructions to submit passport to VAC and all. Is this letter sufficient as PPR for all 3 of us?

Also, can someone just guide if I need to create a single package for all 3 of us or 3 separate packages for each member?

Thank you.

Hi everone,
I have a question. My Aor was on April 30, 2020, got my CoPR on April 4, 2022 inland, and PPR for outland dependents on August 3, 2022.
I submitted passports in Saudi Arabia for my dependents, and today I was contacted by the visa office, saying that they will give my family Visas valid for only two months. Has anyone been in this situation? And how long are the Visas they issue valid for?

Thanks,

Why do they give you a family visa when your family are a PR applicant? Seems some fishy.
