Call IRCC and inform them. Ask them to leave a note on your profile saying that you had not actually seen the request until now and that you are going to complete it as soon as possible.
Send them a webform as well just in case, but it will be weeks before they get it. Calling them is the quickest way to inform them. The only problem might be that since you applied through a consultant, you might not have access to your application, even over the phone. But worth a try. Also, mind you, you will need to call 15-20 times before you get through to a live agent. Additionally, if the consultants are indeed your official representatives. You can fill out a form to have them removed from your profile, if you want complete access to your profile. Please find the link for that below:
