I have reapplied my study permit application by attaching ca report along with it. Even though my Ca report sums up to 1,28,15, 700 net worth, which includes home and agricultural land value (1,24,09, 675), gold ornaments (2,50,000) and cash assets ( 1,56,123). I have also attached my father's itr (7,48,350). My tution fees and gic is already paid.

I want to ask if this makes my financial funds strong or week? As i saw many videos mentioning that one needs to show more liquid funds. I have attached my father's 1 year bank statement which had some 42,000 balance recently but total deposit is of 19,47, 382 and withdrawal 19,06,718. Except from this leftover money is cash in hand.

If anyone can solve this doubt. Please help me.

Were you refused the first time due to funds? Liquid funds/bank accounts are most important. So all the lands, gold and cash are yours and not your family’s? If not yours, and family is not selling property or gold to fund studies then not important. How long is program? You want to show funds for tuition and living expenses without you working.

The applicant has failed to satisfy me that pursuing the selected program of study is reasonable given the high cost of international study in Canada when weighed against the potential
career/employment benefits after completion, and the local options available for similar studies. Therefore, I am not satisfied that the applicant would be a bona fide student in Canada who will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for their stay. Application refused as per R216 (1) (b).

I have explained all the points in sop.
All the lands /property /ornaments belong to my parents and brother.

If refused again then yes, insufficient funds can be used for a reason. You said you have addressed concerns in the new SOP as your program seems irrelevant and will not give you new and higher-paying job opportunities to justify costs.

But my course is related to my education. My best friend applied along with me. We both had same level of education nd selected same course and college. Her visa got approved and mine got rejected. So, i explained about job opportunities and salary packages they offer in sop. Also, about funds, last time i showed gic, tution fees and my father's itr. Now i added ca report. Isn't gic, itr and one year fees enough for sds cases? I was told ca will show my strong family ties. Please elaborate.

You cannot compare your application to another person. If you have addressed the reasons for refusal (which did not state funds) then go ahead with reapplication.
