Reconsideration letter

i received a letter from ircc stating that my file was reopened and they asked me to refund the pr fee they gave back to me after the refusal for pr visa.

I just want to know if it is a very good news or just a routine after a request of reconsideration?

OP has not been on the forum in over a year. You may want to create a post with your question, why your PR was refused and why you asked for reconsideration.
