Finally most awaited Line added took almost 3 years as it was H&C Application. Most of folks said its impossible to get renewed just want to say every application is unique in its own way every case and every one situation is different.

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on August 28, 2019.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 4, 2019.
3. We started processing your application on September 4, 2019.
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on June 21, 2022.

What is the expiry period.. Since u applied in 2019..and they sent your card in 2022??

Copr when outside Canada: 20 Nov 2020
Marriage : 30 Dec 2020
came to Canada on work permit: 7th Jan 2021 (couldn’t land as i got married , entered Canada on work permit.)
Spouse documents sent on 14th Jan 2021
Again sent spouse documents april 2021.
Got a knowledgement about spouse in May 2021.
Sent two webforms on Aug and Oct 2021 to process the add on request.
Spouse and principal applicant medial request: Nov 2021.
Pr Visa and Copr for spouse: Jan 2022.
Portal email for principal applicant: 17th Feb 2022.
Same day reply to email.
Again sent reply on 28th feb 2022
Portal credentials: 1 march 2022.(submitted photo and address same day)
Copr Principal applicant: 2nd March 2022.
Pr card in Mail from Etobicoke office: 1st June 2022.
Spouse will land in the coming months.

Informed IRCC(web form) : Feb 15th 2022
Requested wife passport and marriage certificate: Feb 27th 2022
Uploaded both documents: March 1st 2022

It’s been 4 months, from then no updates from IRCC, raised webform to check the status of application, but no response yet

will this be slow process, no medical request yet?

Hi, I submitted August 15 and received the eCoPR next day. But my photo shows as in review by IRCC. I hope my PR card arrives soon.

August 12,2022 - received login credentials for PR portal
Aug 12,2022 - confirmed presence in Canada and uploaded address/photo
Aug 15,2022 - received eCOPR for myself and spouse
Aug 17,2022 - linked both pr card applications to my GCKey account
Aug 22,2022 - Ghost update for both applications (but no real update)
Aug 25,2022 - Principal applicant PR card approved and mailed
Aug 26,2022 - Spouse PR card approved and mailed

Yes both myself and my spouse got the PR confirmation email on the same day. And the next day, only I received the PR portal login credentials as I'm the principal applicant.
