Reopen pr application?

Hello friends

my pr application was withdrawn even tho I didn’t request to, I requested withdrawal for other application, i called ircc and agent told me they also dont see any withdrawal request on my file, can anyone tell me if my file can be reopened in this case?

You should provide more information.
- How did you apply for PR?
- What other application did you have in progress where you requested a withdrawal?
- How did you request the withdrawal and what did you say?
- How do you know the PR application was withdrawn?

- i applied for pr under tr to pr pathway
-i had another tr to pr application which I requested withdrawal for
- I requested withdrawal through webform and i sent a withdrawal letter
-i received withdrawal letter last week

That's a very unusual circumstance. I didn't think you could have two TR to PR applications at once.

I would recommend you raise a case specific inquiry for the application that you want re-opened. Indicate that you wanted to withdraw your other application but that this once was withdrawn by IRCC in error and say you want that application re-opened. If you are feeling uncomfortable doing this yourself, then it may be a good idea to hire a lawyer to assist you.

I have seen lot of applicants who applied twice in tr to pr , i clearly mentioned my application that i wanted to withdraw in my withdrawal letter , however they have withdrawn both of them.

Have you sent a case specific inquiry yet? If not, do that as soon as possible and request that the application be reopened.

they sent me adr withdrawal request, but in response i sent explanation letter and i asked them to withdraw other application and wanted to keep this one open, but they still withdrew it

Yes, there's certainly a chance. Submit the request to reopen as soon as you can.

I contacted mp , mp called ircc and agent sent a message to the office requesting them to reopen my file, do i still need to send a webform or just wait . Message was sent on last Thursday

I would personally send a webform as well. This is too important to rely on just your MP to take action. You need to take action yourself as well. Your choice of course.

Did your case re-opened? If yes, can you please mention approximate timelines. Coz I am in a similar boat like you. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.
