It’s the date your eCoPR is issued. Your eCAS will also state that you entered Canada at ...... on DDMMYYY and became a PR. There’s no confusion about it.

Hi guys. I received email for medical on July 19/2022
August 9/2022 - medical passed
August 11/2022 - I received pre-arrival letter
I called CIC office yesterday and the agent said my current status is on security check,
Please I am just wondering how long for security check & possibly what’s the next step.

Hi next step it’s approve your application it’s mean final decision on your application
No there is no time frame it’s could be soon might be next month may b 2 month after
Application for permanent residence was sent on 29 March 2021
Application received on 1 April 2021
Started processing - October 27/2021
November 4 2021 - updated Schedule A form
July 19/2022- received email for medical
July 19/2022 - received email for refund of biometric fee
August 9/2022- medical passed
August 11/2022- received pre-arrival letter
August 18/2022- called CIC and was told that my application is currently on Security Check.
Time bar is @ 72%

I'm on very close time frame as you but medical and eligibility passed 3 month ago. Called ircc and everything passed including criminality and just waiting for security!

Hope everyone is doing good
In my case, I submitted PR application for me and family on 06 August 2021. I got first correspondence with permanent application number in December 2021.
I then called IRCC in July and was told that everything is passed on May 30th 2022 except eligibility which is yet to start.
Now, it’s August and still same!!
Any idea??

How long after the portal creation e-mail ( the one where they ask for name , date of entry, address etc) do you get the portal invitation and how long after submitting the photos in the pirtal do you get the PR card?
