I would like to know if i must fill out a custodian form if both parents would be accompanying child to canada.

please note that mother is applying for study permit, father work permit and son study permit

No you dont need provided you are not in custodial relationship, and that you two will live together with your son

i am from trinidad and tobago and recently received my son's visitor visa for canada. Application done by myself. When i received it i saw that the visa was issued in Mexico. Im just wondering is it that they are issueing visas from different countries because of the backlog. and the visa is ok. and that its not a mistake on the visa.??

1. The visa are issued by an office that has processing capacity so it is fine.

Your son needs a study permit if he wants to attend school. Did you receive your study permit? Did your husband receive an SOWP?

I believe almost every application in Central America and the Caribbean is processed in Mexico. Mine was too (Honduras). No worries.
