I have created my express entry profile last year in October but did not get NOI from any state. So, I created my profile again for express entry again in June. Is there any chances of getting NOI from Alberta.
No Job offer and No relatives.

You can just wait and watch but alberta has its criteria listed on their government website for being eligible for alberta PNP.
