Yea I just did that today. Hopefully they reply with something more than just their standard generic response.
Don't raise your hopes..I send the webform and received the standard automatic response within a day

No, IRCC's hands are tied until QC issues the CSQ. It's been a humbling experience for us. I'm happy to read others like yourself getting visas and frustrated for those that have been left in the dark...Oh nothis can be frustrated.

Called QC who confirmed issuance of CSQ. The agent told me it'll take weeks before I receive the hardcopy. I just filled a webform to my VO (Dakar) to ask if they've recieved it since Aug 23. Fingers crossed. Gckey and PR tracker are not updated yet.

for us it happened at the same time, after the medical it was like 3 weeks
