Passport Submission From Pakistan

Hi I got Passport submission request for my dependent son (he is 4 year's old) he is in Pakistan. They stated in letter For Pakistan and Afghanistan we have to submit documents in Islamabad office. I need to ask can I submit it through VFS in Lahore or have to go Islamabad ?
what are the payment method and Do I need to take an appointment or it's walk in?

Lahore VFS and fee is RS:3100
yeah I do get updates through email and it takes 2,3 weeks to get passport back.

applied on 4th august received on 15th august. I applied on urgent basis

You submitted your sons passport for visa at vfs in lahore on 4th and you received his passport back through vfs on 15th right?

Oh sorry I mixed 2 posts. My apologies applied for my son on 9th august it's in the process. VFS do keep you update about every step. I hope to receive passport in few weeks

Ok I have submitted My son documents on 11th august to VFS Lahore and received on 18th august
