I received the same email from IRCC as you did on Friday morning. I responded right away and still have not received a reply. I read somewhere on the forum that this PR account link should be received within 24 hours. I wonder if I should wait a little longer....
Received medical request too on 29th July, done 30th July, and passed 9th August.

Alberta PNP Tech Pathway
I came here on Work permit ( ICT )
Using the same employment offer (intra company transfer), i got Alberta Tech-pathway PNP
So i started PR process before even landing here
When i landed, i just called IRCC and updated my address and i guess only after that they processed my application within 5 months including 2 dependents.
