Open work permit refused

I had applied for owp as my pnp was in process and was going to take 24months as per ircc. But today i got a refusaldespite having a nomination and job offer letter. it says im not satisfied that you will leave after the end of your stay.
You dont have sufficient family ties outside canada.
Your current employment situation does not show u are financially established
You have limited employment possibilities in your country
You did not demonstrate that you will be adequately able to perform the work you seek.
What can i do?

What can i do?

Well unfortunately the first thing is to stop working.

What province/program/NOC did you receive nomination? Were you eligible for a BOWP? Was it through Express Entry? Did you receive AOR? Is your work permit still valid?

If you don’t have AOR, you are not eligible for BOWP.
