Hi Team,
I work for one of the leading IT company in India and my organization is processing my ICT work permit.
In our case, all the processing is done by Attorney. We do not give our email id in any of the form. Instead we sign a use of representative form.

We went for Biometric last week. Only after reach there we came to know that, I gave my wife's Gender wrongly. I mistakenly gave Male when filling imm5257e form.

We have done with the biometrics. The biometric agency asked to correct it.

May I know how I should proceed with the correction. I can see one webform to correct it. But I am not sure if I or my wife can submit such a webform as our email id is no there in any of the submitted docs. Attorney usually put their email i guess. I did not see the submitted forms yet.

Should I go through the Attorney for any correction?.. Or we can proceed from our side?

Our mobility team said like they informed Attorney regarding it.. but I yet to hear from them. There is a huge delay for anything related to attorney. And I am a bit worried about the delay..

Since your case involves representative, bring each and every mistakes or corrections to their notice attention as I am pretty sure you will be paying them and being a representative is that they are working as a direct link between you and IRCC.

They attorney should correct this since the attorney is acting as your representative.
