I am beyond nervous and anxious (hence asking around and trying to get some confirmation bias). I never thought it would become this difficult. The draws from 2021 make my eye water but even with these scores I am not super confident about the draws. I truly hope the 17th draw is 527 or less otherwise it's gonna further crush my own confidence for 31/08.

Is your IELTS score expiring or something, because if not on the 31st, on September the 14th its a guarantee that you will get the ITA.

The 26 months of processing time given for the FSW are an average between the old and the new applications ?

What is the effective processing time for new applications?

Most of the new applications will be processed within the standard 6-month time, so you don't need to worry about the old ones.

Its unlikely that a high number of candidates with CRS 501+ will join the pool.

All the CEC ones are already counted for this month from the 3rd of August draw, so the ones left are French speakers, those who were waiting perhaps for the ECA report to finally enter the pool, a potential candidate whose brother or sister became PR, and lastly, maybe a few with a Canadian education who now put the credentials in the system.

Either way, I am expecting 550 max new candidates, unless those French speakers will surprise us and come in thousands, but differently to IELTS, TEF Canada can be given only once per two months, so there you have a limiting factor aswell. I don't know about TCF, but I would think its the same.

I generally prefer to be optimistic but only 550 new candidates between 501-600? Last 3 draws it has been 1000-1300 new candidates entering 501-600 in each draw. I was putting my guess around ~1000 new candidates as well (lets see though, I hope you are right more than anything).

I wish IRCC showed the distribution of points between 501-600, it would be very helpful to know how many are between 500-510, 510-520, 520-530 and so on.

Most people are predicting the CRS between 526-528 for 17/08, my rough calculations suggested 526 so lets see which one becomes accurate.

One can retake tef after a month..but getting B2+ in all sections for anyone learning from scratch to get bonus marks is definitely very very far away from easy.

Yeah, been there and done that, its very challenging.

About the TEF Canada test, you are only allowed to take the test after 30 days, but my center allowed only one test per month, so maybe in other centers that is possible if they conduct multiply tests monthly.

He probably got the temporary DL, they usually mail the real one 1-2 weeks later to the address you provide. When you have a US/EU drivers license due to bilateral agreements, provinces in Canada don't need you to undertake another driving test.

Obviously it doesn't gets you any points but my question from begining was should I add bachelors without ECA alongside post-grad with ECA, not whether there is option to do so or not.

1. Add the degree and creds with ECA in education section.
2. Add all other in personal history.

Otherwise, at best you will be asked to provide ECA for anything in education section. At worst you will be rejected as incomplete.

Well, I was being polite to you by advising to re-read again the sentence, but it seems you like to arrive at conclusions too fast, in this case about my knowledge aswell.

Maybe, you should expand your knowledge on Express Entry to begin with. Let me explain:
Everything you put on Express Entry has one goal and one goal only, to claim points for it. From education, to language skills, experience, brother or sister, wife/husband, if you put it there is to claim the maximum amount of points so you can compete with other candidates in the pool.

After you get an ITA, in your personal history section, write everything in there, from studying to experience.

Do I look like I posses enough knowledge to you know, or am I falling short again ?
