PGWP to open work permit extension

My work permit is expiring in mid-November. According to IRCC, they are supposed to send an email containing the procedure to apply for an extension. I have to receive the email yet. Here point to be noted that my home address has changed in the meantime and also I will be getting a new passport(renew) within a week. How do I inform regarding all of these changes to IRCC? Any suggestions and guidence will be highly appreciated.

Hi! Inform IRCC through web form about these changes. Explain all the circumstances and if you have any supporting documents you can send those as well. Good luck!
