Hi
I applied for refuge in 2021 and was denied in January 2022, I have not yet received the removal order, but I have a common law process since February 2022, last week I received a letter asking me to do medical exams and send some documents to obtain my police record from my country of origin, my question is can I still be asked to leave the country?

thanks for the help

Yes you can still be deported until you have status in Canada.

How is the applicant supposed to get a police report from the country of origin when the applicant filed a reugee claim as well? Normally when someone files a reugee claim, they are not required to present a police report from the country of persecution. Does it conflict with the common law process?

If you file another application for spousal sponsorship, that may be a requirement but for the asylum its not. you need to provide reason if you cant provide PC
