My friend has received the above as the reason for his rejection of his student visa to Canada.
His background : He applied this student visa from India. He was In Australia for a brief period where he was studying and working (mostly part time). He came back to India an year ago and applied to come to Canada for a one year PG diploma program.
question: Did anyone have a similar experience and reapplied and got visa approved?
If yes, what is that my friend has to consider while reapplying?
