Actually My friend went from India to Winnipeg via Toronto and He needed to get his Study permit at airport but He was not aware about it as it was his first time and he forgot . Please can someone can tell me wht should he need to do now ?

He went to US border for pol flag but the officer said "U can go but u came to me after returning canada so..... I can deport you ..go at your own risk"
CDN officer .. Study visa.....btw he is so tensed right now if its possible can you give me ur id or something so he can talk with you himself as he is so worried please its a kind request

If she wants private advice and support, then she needs to hire an immigration lawyer to help her.
Okk .. I'll tell her about this but wht do you think abt this situation .. Everybody is telling her that it is not possible to leave the airport without study permit ..Is it really a serious matter?
In Toronto she would have gone through immigration at POE. Did she not have to show her documentation that she was registered as a student?
Honestly speaking ..she didn't know where she can get a professional advice or hiring a lawyer nd its fee it would be so costly
I think she didn't go into immigration clearance as she wasn't aware that she has immigration clearance here not in Winnipeg ....
Immigration was in Toronto. She definitely went through immigration. It's impossible to enter Canada without going through immigration. The study permit should have been issued in Toronto if she had followed proper processes.
