How do you get a less complex letter and how does this work?

The less complex letter was sent to my lawyer after I submitted my BOC. I think its based on your story and where you're from(this is what i've read from other threads.) IRB gives you a deadline to submit your supporting documents and your case may be approved without a hearing or you'll have a short hearing which is 2hrs or less.

Eligibility interview and Brown Paper - June 28th 2022
Letter confirming work permit - July 26th 2022
Work Permit in the mail - August 3rd 2022
Less Complex letter - July 29th 2022
Have to submit documents by August 22, 2022

I haven’t submitted anything as yet . It’s so hard to get people to write the letters and attached there ID ‍

I have no idea , I would think it depends on the country of origin. I think it’s a good sign once your considered for the less complex claim tbh .
