I am a student and out of Canada at the moment, and recently applied for a study permit from outside of Canada as my SP will expire in a month, and so does my SIN. My question is, can I work remotely from out of Canada when my study permit expires( SIN will be expired) as I won't be in an implied status?

You probably can’t work and get paid in Canadian payroll , since you’re not in Canada you don’t have any status. You can however work with the company if an entity of that company exists in your home country and pays you in local currency. My thoughts here but definitely check with others here.

I don't think it would be any use for you. First of all the employer won't pay you in Canadian currency. Secondly that would be just a MNC work and in this situation of the company, you giving this way they won't ever issue you a refrence letter and will not be ready to give you LMIA in future since you are serving them in much less value. I bet they won't give you the same salary as your on site collegues. Why to waste your time in this situation as this will be counted as foreign work experience, disrupt your routine due to entirely different rime zones whereas you can gain the same working in your home country in the normal routine. Though I can be wrong.

Thank you for your input. But then I have a few positions on campus such as TA and other relevant positions. So I was wondering whether I could keep working for them.

You are very welcome.
Yes you can keep working until and unless you have valid status.
