My visa was refused on 1 April, and I have a fully funded master's leading to Ph.D. scholarship. After the reconsideration request, they asked for the updated Letter of Acceptance (LOA),

Are there any chances of VISA APPROVAL now?

What changed in your letter of acceptance from then to now? i.e. if they're asking for an updated one what do they want updated? The session starting dates?

Yes, My previous intake was for May, and then I deferred it to September. They have asked for the updated one for the September intake.

Great news!!! We received a refusal back in September and we requested a reconsideration of our application immediately but received no reply at all. Luckily, we submitted a new application in March which was approved.

Glad to hear the reconsideration requests sometimes work!

Great news!!! We received a refusal back in September and we requested a reconsideration of our application immediately but received no reply at all. Luckily, we submitted a new application in March which was approved.

You need to list the refusal reasons, explain these one by one, and attach the supporting documents again. Make it one pdf file and send it via webform of your visa processing country.
