Hello everyone

Hope you all are doing great!!

I have few questions regarding the extension of my wife’s SOWP

So the scenario is, I am the main applicant and my study permit is going to expire on 31st of August 2022 so my wife’s SOWP.
Also, my work permit is on applied status. However considering current processing time of PGWP, i won’t get my PGWP before 31st of August.
SO THE QUESTION IS HOW CAN I EXTEND MY WIFE’S SOWP WITHOUT MY PGWP?
If anyone has ever faced such situation, please guide me.
Also, what are the required documents for SOWP extension.
I have my three pay stubs of NOC B level position ready.
ALSO, HOW SHOULD BE THE EMPLOYMENT LETTER LIKE?
I MEAN WHAT ARE THE MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS TO MENTION IN EMPLOYMENT LETTER AS PER THE IRCC GUIDELINES?

Thanks in advance!
Advice would be very much helpful!!!

It does not explicitly state what should be in the employment letter but you can follow the general guidelines from IRCC for other programs namely Express Entry.
  • should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
  • should include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits.
