Claimed 50 points for job offer but terminated

What would happen if you claimed 50 points for job offer but got terminated (due to downsizing) after AOR/e-APR (CRS without 50 pts would be below cutoff). Somewhere here I read it doesn't have any impact if you lose the job after eAPR, is that true?

I think you will be in trouble. One of my friend got the ITA in province but her work place just closed their doors. So her ITA got cancelled as you are asked to submit recent payslips and employer will be asked to give details about your employment.
