At this rate, I hope to see the draw increase by 250 people on each draw, and hopefully the scores will decrease by at least another 10 points by month's end.

That is only if there aren't more high scorers entering the pool. It is so frustrating.

The processing times for new PR cards went from 65 days to 81 days again. What excuse can they have now?

Post 582 says issue at printing unit, may be that is the reason

PSA - if you want to link PR card to your GCKey acct to track the process: try searching with your UCI. This is the only option that worked for me. Also give it 1 more day after you finish landing. The PR card application no. starts with an R that has nothing to do with your COPR.
