Question about TRV

I came to Canada on a study permit in 2020 and completed my studies in August 2021. I am currently on PGWP, which expires in November 2024. My TRV on my passport expires on August 30th 2022(This month). So do I need to apply for TRV if I want to travel to some other countries for vacation later this year? Yes, you need a new TRV.

I filled out the questionnaire to apply for TRV. However, it asks for Proof of an upfront medical exam (required). I completed my medical test when I applied for PGWP last year. So how do I proceed with the document submission?

I logged into my IRCC account and clicked on apply to come to Canada link at the bottom. I am currently on PGWP, so should I apply for an extension or a new TRV? I am sorry if I have confused you. I am not being able to much information on how to proceed. I'd appreciate it if you could help me out.
