Why not, just post it here. It'll be useful for others in similar situation. I believe I saw one recent case within the past couple of months being tracked on the spreadsheet as well.

I am applying this week or maybe next week, but waiting for my school to send me a transcript or certificate for proof of English language, but I am done filling out everything online and I saved it, I just need that then I will hit the submit button and post the info for it to be added to the sheet.
