PhD degree VS WES educational assessment "Earned Doctorate"

I have a PhD in French from the US. The WES report estimated that the Canadian equivalency is : "Earned Doctorate."

Is "earned doctorate" just enough for the IRCC to let me claim points for the highest degree, namely, PhD? Or Should I reapply for another educational assessment institution like IQAS? Thanks for your help!
