no, it's one of the biggest organizations in the world. there is no way to register under a person's name.So are they licensed or registered under another name/person?

Why would you be filling it out? It is the employer who fills the form and uses a representative. It must be a licensed immigration consultant or lawyer. So your employer is not using a representative.yes, you are right. It's an IT Consultant. so how can I fill this form in that case?
