Landing question -

Hi,
I am planning to do soft landing this September at Detroit-Windsor border.
Are the Visa officers available for Landing procedures 7 days a week or just weekdays, Also time of the day they are open? I tried to find a schedule but couldn't find one.
Also are they open on public holidays like Sep 5th(Labour Day)

I landed on a Sunday, it was around 1pm. Go for the tunnel as opposed to the bridge. Very friendly folks!
