Alberta opportunity stream- PGWP holder

Please help us solve this query!!
My husband has studied Masters of Petroleum Engineering from U of Alberta, but he is know currently working as a Geotechnical engineer.For Pgwp the website says that for pgwp holders your field of study must relate to your present occupation,we are thinking if he is eligible for this stream or not? His APEGA is under process!!
