How early should I reach 74 Victoria Street passport office?

Hi guys, I am planning to do a walk-in at the 74 Victoria Street, Toronto passport office tomorrow morning. I have tickets booked for mid-August. I would prefer to be done by 9-930 am so that I can be back at my workplace in time. How early should I reach the office so that I can be done with the entire process in time. It would be great if anyone who recently went there for a walk-in can share their experience.

If your travel falls within 25 days, they will entertain you, otherwise not. It will be checked, so please carry evidence.

Line up the night prior. In Mississauga, I lined up at 12.45 in the night and was the third person in line. Just read a report that people are selling their place in the queue. Business idea. LOL.

Or you could pass by the office on any day - before they start work, and double check with the first person in queue about their time.
